Internship Opportunity
Curatorial Department:
Programs Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES OR DESCRIPTION:

  • Main project is digitization of information from object files into EmbARK (Collections Management software)
  • Other projects as assigned, including administrative tasks and research projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current B.A. or M.A. student in art history or museum studies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  Experience with digital image management and FileMaker Pro or EmbARK also desirable.
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

INTERNSHIP PERIOD :
Intern must commit 10-12 hours per week for a minimum of three months.
