When to Make a Reservation
Reservations must be made at least four weeks in advance. Due to high demand, it is recommended that school groups make reservations at least eight weeks in advance. To receive the discounted rates for tours, groups must reserve four weeks in advance and payment must be made in one transaction.
All inquiries will receive a response by phone or email within five business days. Once a program is reserved, confirmation packets will be sent via email within five business days. If you do not receive written confirmation, or if the information is incorrect, please call 916.808.1182 or email email@example.com immediately.
Cancellations for tours, Artist-to-Go, or Crocker-to-Go programs must be made at least one week prior to the program date by calling 916.808.1182.
Cancellations for Tour + Art Workshops must be received in writing. Programs canceled seven days prior to the program may apply 50% of the program fee toward a rescheduled date. No refunds or transfer credits will be issued for cancellations received less than seven days prior to the program date.
There are no refunds or transfer credits for Tours + Performances or for Educator Workshops.
A limited number of scholarships are available for educators to attend an Educator Workshop or for schools with Title I status to host the Art Ark. Waived admission is available for qualifying Title I schools. This must be requested at time of booking.
