Founded in 1892, the mission of the Kingsley Art Club is to promote knowledge and appreciation of art among its members and in the community. These monthly lectures feature local and regional artists and other arts insiders. John Pugh, creator of large trompe-l'oeil wall murals, will present a brief historical survey of trompe-l'oeil and explain the process and materials involved in creating a "sense of place" when painting his murals.
