Audrey Hepburn's Oscar-winning performance in her first starring role is not to be missed. Stylishly directed by William Wyler, this early romantic comedy ranks as one of the most enjoyable films of all time and also stars Gregory Peck.
In celebration of the love between the artist Jess and the poet Robert Duncan explored in the exhibition An Opening of the Field, this summer's Courtyard Classic Film Series brings you some of the silver screen's greatest love stories. Sacramento's favorite film historian, Matías Bombal, will guest host each screening. Seating is provided, though you are welcome to bring a lawn chair (any size) or blanket.
