Design Your Own Teacher Workshop
$250
The Crocker Art Museum’s Education Department is happy to work with individual schools, teachers, school districts or consortiums, to support the infusion of art within their curriculum. Working closely with you, we can craft a special two-hour workshop to demonstrate how art can be used to teach the history, math, science, language arts and visual arts standards. These workshops can take place at the museum or at a school or community site. Many activities are ideal for team building as well as professional development. Shorter presentations can also be designed for staff meetings and programs with limited time. Let us work with you to create the perfect teacher training experience for you and your colleagues. For more information, contact the Education Department at 916.808.1987.
