About the Instructor:
At the age of five, Teresa Urofsky was "piping" toothpaste on her backyard mud pies, and knew she would grow up to cook and bake. Upon graduation from the California Culinary Academy, Teresa returned to Sacramento to cook at Pava's, bake at Paragary's and open three of the Café Bernardo restaurants. Teaching Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts at American River College is her dream job. For the past 14 years, Teresa has loved spending time with her students talking about food, making food and eating food!
